You tried to log into cpanel. You tried to FTP. Now you can't see your site! It looks like your site is down! It looks like the whole server is down!
Relax. You get 5 failed login attempts. Then you were blocked. It's a security measure we maintain to protect our clients from hackers attempting to break into your hosting environment. You can test this by attempting to view your site from a different network (i.e. your smartphone via a cellular connection; not using the same WiFi network you just got blocked on.)
Send us your IP address (go to http://ip.levaire.com if you're not sure) and the site you were pounding on we'll submit it to our datacenter for removal.
