Access your email from anywhere on the planet

Modified on Sat, 18 Feb, 2017 at 1:09 PM

Follow these simple steps to access your email from any computer using a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, FireFox, or Opera.

1. Enter "http://www.yourdomainname.com/webmail" in your web browser.

2. Enter your user information.

username: accountname@mydomain.com (typically, your email address, i.e. "janedoe@mydomain.com")
password: ***** (your email password)

3. Upon successfully logging in, you will click on the "Horde", "Squirrel Mail" or "Roundcube" logos to enter your email account and begin sending and receiving email. (Tip: Horde is the most complex to use, Squirrel Mail is the easiest with fewest features, and Roundcube is the newest.)

4. Click the "logout" icon to log out of your email account when you have finished.

P.S. As of 2015, we no longer offer email to new clients. We recommend Microsoft for a collaborative email and calendaring solution. Learn more at https://products.office.com/en-us/exchange/compare-microsoft-exchange-online-plans.
